Windows XP toolbar/laptop search hot button issue

The search button on my XP Program goes to Yahoo Search when I click on it.
Can anyone tell me how to change it. The magnifying glass hot button on my
eMachine laptop does the same. I'd like to get them changed to google if
possible. If you can help me with either or both problems i'd appreciate it.

Meant to say button on my XP Tool Bar when I'm in Explorer. Sorry if
confusing. Thanks again
