windows xp to windows me

I have windows xp home installed on one computer, and windows me installed
on another. They share internet access via a router. They are both able to
connect to the internet without issue.

I have a general question: How can I network these two computers together?

If you have a router then they are already networked. Just create the same
user accounts on each computer, run the network setup wizard, and share your
drives.
