Windows XP Theme Showing Up as Classic1

I am trying to change the theme of my computer to Windows XP -> Silver. The
silver is showing up, but windows and the start menu etc. have the classic
theme. I have tried a reboot as well as trying other themes, but nothing
works.

Heres how to fix this problem


1. right click the start menu
2. click properties
3. click the startmenu tab
4. select your style of menu (clasic or what you want - Start menu)
