windows XP System 32

I get the following error message:
c:\WINNT\System32\notfound.html
I was able to use this until three weeks ago.
Cannot follow instructions in Microsoft Knowledge Base
Article-833767 which I was referred to.
Can someone please help me?
 
Get someone to script it for you or someone who is familar with the registry
to remove the keys for you. If you follow the paths, they are simple enough
to do manually. You are mainly dealing with your runkeys and the software
key. Good luck!
