Windows XP Stop Error Code help...

Can any one tell me what the Stop error number means:
0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x80580B88, 0xF88A0AD8, 0xF88A07D8) and
0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x80580B88, 0xF889CAD8, 0xF889C7D8) which
showed up while trying to install Windows XP on my system. When the
setup was trying to configure the hardware and after it asked me to
set the time zone, it worked till it got to about 7-8 minutes to
complete and stalled... why?

HELP!
