windows XP home blue screen

I just got the blue screen and need some help, it gave me.....
Technical information:
Stop: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0X804DA4F8, 0XF96D9BDC, 0XF96D98D8)
Physical memory dump complete

Can someone help me, Thanks Mike

Hi. Everyone gets these blue screens (also known as BSOD's or Blue Screen Of Death) with some kind of error code from time to time. Why exactly they occur I don't know but if they only happen ocaisionally they're generally not serious or anything to worry about. Just restart your PC (if it isn't set to do so automatically after a crash) and go about your business as usual.

Look up the Stop Error here:

That particular error is usually connected with bad drivers or bad
hardware. If you haven't updated drivers lately, then do some hardware
troubleshooting. Start with RAM testing and do the hard drive next. If
you did update drivers, roll them back.

Did you just install anything? Could be a conflict someplace. Try booting
from your Windows CD.
