Windows XP startup wav file

My .wav file "windows xp startup" is somehow damaged so the audio is no
longer clear but scratchy and skips. Can I get another copy of this file
somewhere?
 
You should find a copy of it in the C:\I386 or C:\Windows\I386 folder or
wherever the I386 folder got stored on your sytem. Otherwise, it's on your
WinXP CD-ROM - which you do have, right?
