Windows XP & SQL server 2000

Hi
I have Windows XP proffessional edition at home . I tried to instal sql server 2000 into my machine. Although installation done fine,It is not treating as a server but as a client. Suggest me , Can I use Sql sever 2000 into XP

You can only run either SQL Server 2000 Personal or Developer Edition on
Windows XP Pro. SQL Server 2000 Standard or Enterprise will only run
on a Server version of Windows.
