Windows XP SP2 - LAN an DSL incompability

My LAN is getting the msg null or limited conectivity.

Before anything, I've readen teh article 892896 wich tells about the
occurrency of this msg after installing the SP2. The article prevent about
this msg occurs in the DSL connection. In my case is the LAN connection wich
is having problems. And, despite the article, my connection is REALLY not
working.

When I try repairing i get "Unable to renew the IP address" (or something
like this).
I hv already tried to recreate all connections manualy and by windows
assistants.
Tried creating manualy the PPP protocols but it didnt worked too.
Tried using brdges too, this case all the connections stoped

My DSL is working properly.

Im not any pro in pcs.. maybe is somthing stupid that im not trying.
Any idea will be helpfull.
