Windows XP Set-up - Language

I'm an American living in Germany and I just ordered a new computer built
here in Germany that came without an operating system. I have Windows XP
software that I brought with me from the US.

When I go to install Windows XP on my new computer the Windows XP Set-up
begins in German, yet the CD-Rom is from the U.S. Obviously there's
something in the BIOS or the hardware settings of my new computer that
Windows XP Set-up is seeing that is causing it to start the set-up in German.

My question: How can I get the set-up to start in English?

Thank you very much

I'd hazard a guess that the bios is programmed for German. There may
be an option to re-set the language to English (U.S.) in bios setup.
Otherwise, consult the motherboard/bios manual.
