Windows XP Service pack

Hi guy's here is a question for you.
We have an programe at my work called packapp which uses
an access database system.
When I go into one of the options there is a rectangle
shaped box that has 4 options on it
print,unpriced,pps,picking sheet and this comes up fine
in windows xp but as soon as service pack one is applied
to the machine the rectangle box becomes square and thus
i cant select some of the options is this an access issue?
and if so is there a patch out there to fix it?? thanks.

you can set winxp lto look like windows 2000.
Maybe the buttons will work right then

Tried that it didnt work. What does service pack 1 do to

Don't know if this is your problem, but it is similar. Right click on an
open area of your desktop, click Properties, click Settings, click Advanced,
under the General tab see that the DPI is set to 96 DPI.
