WIndows XP Service Pack

After downloading this service pack, my PC wont boot anymore. It starts
loading Windows but after the page with the moving cursor, it just flashes to
a blue screen (1/10th of a second) and restarts.
I've tried to start in safe mode, but it doesn't work.
Any ideas?

Also, Windows was pre-installed on this PC, I don't have the CD-ROM.

Hi,
Try tapping the F8 key during boot. You should get a menu, from there you
can select "last known good config" it may help. There will also be
"safemode", I think you can disable the auto reboot and it will allow you to
make note of the error message.
