Windows XP Service pack 2

I just installed SP2 and now on my toolbar the local area
connection status icon has an error message that says I
have limited or no connectivity. My computor seems to be
running slower and downloads are at 56k speeds. I have
DSL. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks in advance for
any help.

I have the exact same problem J ... a new Icon in the
tray that after a minute of dorking around says, "This
connection has limited or no connectivity."

I only have one computer so I don't even have a network,
but I guess DSL is considered a network since it uses a
network card. I'm very confused. :)
