windows xp - professional

We recently had to replace our hard drive and when we got
it back from service it had Windows XP - Professional on
it. When trying to get into web site games it is saying
something about the Java Script machine. It asks us to
download it, however it does not work. Any suggestions?

MS can't supply it anymore for legal reasons.

You can get a sub standard (and only available version) here
www.sun.com/java

If a site wants java then I don't go to the site.

SP1a does not include WVM JAVA. You can do a Google search and find a 3rd
party download for it.
