G Guest Apr 7, 2007 #2 There is a 'catalog' file on your system that records that data. It's probable you have refused to store it, or perhaps lost it to corruption. As I remember, it's C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\ReportingEvents.log, but someone else here may have a better insight.
