Thanks,

When I tell my computer to turn off, it hangs sometimes on the blue screen,
with the windows logo, and "Windows is shutting down..." written on it.

I have a cursor, and it moves, so I know it is not frozen, but regardless of
how long you leave it, it simply sits there and does not turn off.

I'd appreciate any help you can give, thanks.

This can be caused by corrupted or damaged drivers, or a piece of software
stuck while shutting down.
