windows XP Pro reboots on shutdown

i get a blue screen with error message:

i have a pci ATI radeon 9200 128 meg vid card
asus a7n8x rev 1.04 with lastest bios upgrade
1.5 gig of memory
on board lan and audio
60 gig western digital 7200 rpm HD
HELP!

Hi,
There are numerous individual causes for this problem, including
hardware incompatibility, a faulty device driver or system service, or
some software issues. Check Event Viewer.
