Windows XP Pro Quick Launch Bar

My Quick Launch bar has stopped working and I can't get it to turn back on.
I'm running Windows XP Pro with SP 2 installed. The upgrade to SP 2 didn't
cause this, I'm not sure just what did. Has anyone else had this happen to
them?

Thanks for the suggestion but I didn't have the file on my hard drive
anywhere. Guess I'll just have to keep looking.
