Windows XP-Pro Logon

I just installed Windows xp pro as a client on a Windows
Small Business Server 2000. All is working well except
that it take a couple of minutes before to get logged on.

Any ideas?

Why?

Windows XP Pro is a different OS to Windows Server 2000.
Its not a client.
