i have a retail copy of xp pro sp1 but i want to slipstream sp2+all critical updates at that present time,
then burn it to a cdr, so when i need to re-install xp the updates will be pre-installed for me?

my system is:

Intel Celeron 633mhz CPU
320 mb SDram
250 gb Hard disc
16x DVD writer

my connection is 7150/448 kbps ADSL

is that resources acceptable to make a slipstream cdr?

Certainly you can create a slipstreamed cd. I particularly like
AutoStreamer. You need third-party burning software to do it.
