Windows XP Pro error 711 when using Dial-up after upgrade fron XP Home

I did an upgrade from XP Home to XP Pro, when I try to use
the Dial-up I received the following error message :

"cannot load the remote access conection manager service"
error 711 a configuration error on this computer is
preventing this conecction. for futher assitance, click
more info or search help and support center for this error
number

How can I fix this problem?

Hi Elmer,

Dial-Up Modem or PPPoE is Unavailable (Line 87)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.

Standard Checkpoints:

Go to Start/Administrative Tools/Services. Set these three to "Automatic":

Remote Access Connection Manager, Remote Access Auto Connection Manager,
Telephony.
