Windows XP Pro Display Properties

In Display properties when clicking the Desktop tab the Position option is
greyed out] and fixed on "stretch" but all other options can be customised.

Any comments on this observation please ?

Open Regedit and navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

and

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

Delete the value named "WallPaperStyle" in the right-pane.

Close Regedit.exe
