I have been using Windows XP Pro for about one year and it has been
fine. Now all of a sudden I can't get Internet Explorer to open. When I
click on the IE it runs and runs but nothing happens. It doesn't freeze
it just keeps running and the computer responds to anything else like to
open a program. I have the recovery console installed but the registry
step back is not activated. How can I fix this problem? Thanks!
