Windows XP powertoys

At the suggestion of Mr. John Inzer, I tried to download Windows XP powertoys
"image re sizer" from MS. I coulodn't get past the install wizard in 5
tries. The install wizard is in C;Windows\downloaded files. Clicking there
gets me only the wizard..? I tried another powertoy, clear print, and it
seemed to download fine, and run.....could there be a problem with image re
sizer ?

Did you try right clicking on the image and looking at the context menu?
