Windows XP Plus Language problem

After providing registration info and sending, the XP
window is displayed in hangul (Korean) What must be done
to have the display in "English". I'm in the Korean time
zone, but I cannot read the language. HELP!
 
If it is a Korean installed version of XP you can't, you would have to buy
an English version and install that.
