after downloading a driver, the screen says to re-start
computer re-boots,screen comes up, says,"windows is
starting" this takes 10 minutes then ready to log on

what can i do to speed up

what can i do to speed up

perhaps it's a bad driver.
Use the device manager to "roll back" to the previous driver.
