I have an AMD based system with Windows XP SP3 installed. I have noticed
that when booting my system, my web browser will not connect to any
websites. After a few minutes, a balloon window appears in the tray stating
that the Windows Firewall is not active. The balloon disappears after a
second or two and I am then able to connect. If I check the status of the
Windows Firewall at that time, it shows active. Can anyone help with this
problem? Thanks.
