just dont know how to configure settings and not understanding the ICS
facility.
have two pc's, one of them always get connected to the isp but in case of
the other i get a error message, "remote computer not
responding(error:678).how to set the ip addresses and the subnet masks and if
gateway is not required how to use the dnns entries. please contact.

The computer that is connected to the modem needs to be equipped with
two-network card, one connects to the modem and the second one connects with
crossover cable to the second computer.
