Windows XP looping

Thank you for earlier help. I had gotten to a different screen with 7 different choices for logging on. I tried each on of them with varied, but I am sad to say, the same result. Although some screens came up very promising, in the end, all I got was "DPMS off mode" then Off again to reboot.

A vicious cycle indeed. One that I am sure can be cracked. Just waiting for that right idea.
