Windows XP logon problems

User has forgotten password. computer uses welcome screen
and only her account shows up on the welcome screen. I
know the administrator account password for the built in
admin account but I don't know how to log on as "
Administrator" from this damn welcome screen when I can't
see the administrator account. Anybody know if I can
access the Administrator account from here or am I doomed
to re-installing windows for her ??

If it is XP Pro, just press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice to get a login box where you can enter Administrator as the user with that password. For either Pro or Home, booting to Safe Mode will allow you to select Administrator.
