Safe Mode

I have Windows XP PRO and my computer only has 1 problem,when I try to get
into safe mode and get to the log on screen. 2 accounts are showing mine and
the built in Administrator account. If I click on my account everything loads
and I am taken to safe mode,But if I click on Administrator's account after
entering password it just hangs on the Welcome screen. Will changing the
password cure this? I have googled this several times and cannot seem to find
an answer. Thank you for any cles to cure this problem.

I had the same problem last year and the only way I could fix it was to
re-install Windows (not a fresh install). Hopefully someone else will give
you a safer solution.

Frank thanks for your reply I guess I will wait to see if anybody else has
any suggestions I really don't want to do a repair install,to many things can
go wrong. and since everything else is running smoothly I can live with it
for now. Again thanks for replying to my post.
