Windows Xp loading screen

When turning on my computer it just stays on Windows Xp
loading screen and wont switch to the user sign in screen
 
Try booting into Safe Mode and see if it lets you in. To do this, press
F8 before the Windows logo appears and choose Safe Mode. If it hangs on
a file, please post the name of the file it hangs on.
