I purchased Virtual PC w/ XP pro a couple of years ago. I have an intel Mac
and still want to use the copy of windows XP that I purchased with Virtual
PC. How do I obtain my XP license in this fashion?

Thanks,

You would need to ask whomever you bought "Virtual PC w/XP" from.
Virtual PC does not come with any operating systems with which to make
virtual machines.

If what you are asking is "I have a legitimate copy of XP Pro which I
installed in Virtual PC and I have inexplicably somehow lost the
Product Key for XP so how do I find it?", then from within XP in the
virtual machine:

As long as the copy of XP Pro that you installed in the virtual machine
is retail, just delete it from VPC and install it on your Mac.

I have a legitimate copy of Virtual PC for Mac that includes Windows XP Pro.
I have the license key for this product but am unable to retrieve the XP key.
This is because the product key for Virtual PC is included on my disk covers
but it does not include the separate XP key. I did register the copy of XP
previously but did apparently save the information. Will the websites you
listed be able to help me retrieve it?

I have no idea. You'll just have to try it. I'm unfamiliar with the
product for Mac. It sounds like your Mac VPC came with a virtual
machine ready-made as a special "bundle". When you buy regular VPC (or
download it since it is now free), it doesn't come with any pre-built
virtual machines. Check with the people from whom you bought it.
