Windows xp keeps rebooting

Hi, I just downloaded some updates and restarted the
computer and I noticed the computer keeps rebooting. I
get the HP logo then the media center screen then all goes
black and the computer reboots again. What happened and
how can I fix it ? Thanx Running Windows xp on hp
pavillions m380n.
 
What did you update? My brother had issues after he updated his XP too, we
had to boot to safe mode and undo one of them.
