That is an area of RAM used for critical trusted code that may never be
paged out. It suggests either damage to some critical system file; bad
RAM; or some third party software that has put a poor module in there.
If you have Symantec software, uninstall and see if that does it; then
put the CD in the drive, exit autorun, and go to Start - Run to run
SFC /SCANNOW
which will refresh system files. Final check would be on RAM - eg using
the program from www.Memtest86.com
