Windows xp keep restarting

Hi, i hope someone can help me, for the last two weeks Windows xp keeps going
as far to the windows xp screen then it keeps restarting. i get the error
Bad_pooL_header with the code 0x00000019. but the weird thing is the when i
put the hard drive in a different computer i have no problems. what can be
causing this?
