What makes you think that your problems are caused by "ram clogs"? I
doubt that this is the cause of your problems. Did yo look in the Event
Viewer to see if any errors are recorded?
If you want to clear the memory then you can use Clearmem.exe, it's in
the Server 2003 or NT 3.x or 4.0 Resource kit. The Server 2003 Resource
Kit can be downloaded here:

You can also find the utility by itself on various web sites.
I don't think this will be useful in fixing your problem but if you want
to try it go ahead, it won't hurt your pc. Beware of some posters who
may come by and offer you "Memory Optimizing" of "Memory
Defragmentation" programs, these things are nothing more than snake oil
that cause more problems than good! These utilities don't do much more
than what clearmem does, and although clearmem may be useful in some
very limited circumstances, or for certain troubleshooting purposes, I
do not advocate using the utility to casually clear the memory, leave
the memory management to the Windows Memory Manager.
