Windows XP hyperthreading

HI

I wanted to know if it is mandatory to download SP1 for
Windows XP in order to support hyperthreading for Pentium
4.
 
No you dont need SP1 to support it but there are some fixes within SP1 that
might be useful on a HT machine.
