Windows XP will not shut down. The screen says WINDOWS IS SHUTTING
DOWN....but nothing happens...I have to unplug the PC then turn it on
again....Once on..it runs perfectly...Until I have to sut down....the the
same thing happens....Please help me I have run spyware and virus
can...They dop not solve the problem..Please help me
