I NEED HELP ON MY START MENU AND DESK ICONS BECAUSE THEY SEEMED TO DISAPEAR
AND I ONLY HAVE MY NORTON ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN AND THAT IS DISPLAYED
DIFFERENT THAN USUAL. MY COMPUTER WON'T TURN OFF UNLESS I PRESS THE BUTTON
AND THEN IT GOES BLACK SCREEN AND BEEPS. LET YOU REMIND YOU THAT MY COMPUTER
IS LESS THAN THREE MONTHS OLD AND I PAYED 1500 AND I JUST FOUND OUT THAT MY
WARRENTY ONLY COVERS PARTS AND DUST.
 
Use your recovery disk and put the machine back to its factory specs.
