Windows XP Home setup ERRORS

Ok I am installing windows XP Home sr2 and I get error message

An error has been encountered that prevents steup from continuing . Setup
failed to install the product catalogs. This is a fatel error. The setup log
files should contain more information. Press ok to view the setup log files.
so I press ok and this is what it says. Error The digital signature catalog
D:\I386\nt5.cat could not be installed. The system cannot find message text
for message number oxfffffc06 in message file for syssetuo.dll
Error The signature for windows xp home setup is invalid. The error code is
fffff06
The system cannot find message number 0xfffffc06 in the message file for
syssetup.dll.


Can anyone help me out please

They will not help me be cause it is an oem windows xp home I bought a three
pack from MaLabs.
