Windows Xp Home Program Sharing

I just installed xp home over ME. I have two admin accounts set up, but the
programs on my C drive are only accessible from one account. Also, the task
bar icons are only available on the same admin account. The other user has to
switch to my account to use microsfot office, quicken, works, etc...Any
suggestions how I can get access to the installed programs from the other
accout???

Do the programs not work or do you simply miss the Start Menu entries?
If the latter: copy the items from C:\DOCUMENTS AND
SETTINGS\{username1}\START MENU to C:\DOCUMENTS AND
SETTINGS\{username2}\START MENU.
If the programs do not work, reinstall them on top of the existing
files from the second user account.
Or use this procedure to clone your working user account: "How to Copy
User Data to a New User Profile"
