Windows XP Home Fresh install and crashes

I have installed XP Home twice trying to resolve an issue. My computer
crashes everything the security center is access. I go to control panel and
click on the security center icon and windows just shuts off. It also
happens when I go to www.runescape.com and try to play that game. I have
downloaded all available updates for windows, there is nothing but windows
installed on this machine. I loaded the Java Virtual machine to play the
game and it still shuts off. I tested hard drive with DFT, it passed, tested
memory and even replaced the ram chips and still crashes. It was not doing
this before the re-installation.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Did you remember to download and install the latest version of Java from sun
micro

Yes, as a matter of fact when the Sun Java is installed the computer locks
when the game is about to start. The insteresting thing is that when I load
windows in Safe Mode the game works fine, but the Security Center still
crashes windows when I try to access it.

Please help me...I'm still waiting for some Help, I ran PC tech tests
for memory, hdd, motheboard, processor and I/O ports, everything
passess, I even re-formatted the drive once again and changed
processors and it still did it.

Please help me
