windows xp (home edition)

Hi,

I bought a creative pc cam350 digital/cam for my pc and it
has been working with windows xp but now every time I take
a pic and open my camera it automatically makes my pc shut
down completely.

Not sure if this is the correct newsgroup.

Thanks for any help.

I have found with windows xp that it isn't compatible with
many programs at all.

Sounds like the Creative Software is causing a exception on your machine. If
this only happens when you attempt to use the camera I'd suggest contacting
Creative support for further assistance. Just to start off with, you might
try uninstalling the PC Camera 350 software from Add/Remove programs and
reinstalling it.
