i recently bought a digicam brand benQ..mine is the plug and play device and
i just need to plug in to the usb port and then the pic will automatically be
loaded.at first when i tried to load the pic was there.but then when i tried
to load it again the nex day by inserting the usb port per nurmal,im having
diff in loading the pic.my pc cant detect my camera. it automatically run
autoplay.then it lead to removable e But then theres no folder where my pic
could be seen.there isnt any choice for me to click on either.from what i
read from the manual book,it should automatically detect the camera as im
using xp and then the pic will load by itself.there is also an error message
stating that my usb is malfunctioned and the usb root(unknown device) stating
that windows cant recognised..i did follow instruction from the camera manual
and also from the scanner and camera troubleshooter.i tot it was my camera
prob,but i did tryout at my frens pc and was shocked to see that my pic can
be loaded thru his pc.untill now im still thinking how to configre this
problem.is there something wrong wif my pc or usb port?cause i have one of
the usb using for modem.but it werks perfectly fine.could somone please help
