You need to provide more details. What is the problem? I blue screened but
what now? Does it not start? If that's the case what happens when you
start the system? Does it go to a blue screen again? What is the error?

As the saying goes, the devil is in the details.

start surfing my normal site and then they start cant find web page.
Shortly after (like 15 min or so) Blue screen again. I dont know why
this is happening. A friend told me to reformat my computer, but I
cant find my windows disc. I do have my Poduct Key numbers though.
I stuck them to the side of my computer the first time I loaded the
computer.
BTW I build this computer 3 years ago and until now I have had nearly
no interuption with the preformance.

And so what's the error on the blue screen, verbatim? Remember, details.
Also have you uninstalled the patch that caused the problem, and then do a
system restore to before the problem occurred?

AOL, ouch. That is very invasive.
