Hi!

I have Windows XP installed on a 30 Gb drive with loads of spare space. The
drive is actually a RAID 0 array. Its a dual PIII 866. Its on SP1 with all
latest security patches. Lateset published (not beta) nVidia drivers. Yet
the computer still slows down after say 3 or 4 hours use.

The temperature of the processors is okay.

I still have the Windows XP interface on (ie green button, blue side bars
etc) but I have removed the fancy redrawing such as displaying contents of
window when dragging etc etc.

The only thing I can find to resolve it is to reboot the computer. CPU
utilization is 2% and memory is running at 20 % and thats with Outlook
Express, IE, kazaa and Sophos anti-virus running. Somethings amiss. Can
anyone advise?

Regards

Scott

Don't load Kazaa on Startup, turn slow the computer. Run
only when you really need. Check additionally if your
antivirus is turning low your computer.
