My desktop will not load-it freezes on the black windows xp screen---I have
tried loading from disk-it stops on that after I chose R to restore and I
have tried options under f8 and f12----------I am at the end of my rope and
without a warranty------can anyone please help me--I can't do my photos or
reach personal items---that I do not have on this laptop--much appreciated in
advance--Thank You
