Windows XP Folders

My folders on my desktop look like they are from windows 95. I cannot figure
out how to change the file pictures back to the XP version. I tried changing
the theme, system restore, changing the folder picture itself. Anyone have
any ideas on how to get back the XP folder icons? thanks

See if repairing the icons using Tweak UI helps.
