I have a problem sending faxes through Windows XP (Home).
The problem is that although the fax console is configured
correctly (send and receive enabled) and the modem works,
I can only receive faxes. When I try to send a fax via the
send fax wizard I get to the finish button and the wizard
completes but no attempt is made to dial. Nothing appears
in the outbox or sent folder. Receiving faxes is ok and
they appear in my inbox.
I have tried reinstalling the windows xp fax software
through the windows add/remove programs.
I also have BT Broadband installed and I use this for e-
mail/internet. However, this shouldn't stop me using the
modem to dial out faxes?
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
